I'm afraid not. Python 3.0 (or Py3k) is not backwards compatible with older 
programs, and pyz80's first public release was in 2005, predating py3k by about 
three years. You might be able to port pyz80 automatically using 2to3, but I 
haven't tested this. In reality I think nearly everybody is still using python 
2.7.x.
