Go to start menu and run regedit32 and change this.

to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\netlogon\parameters
"RequireSignOrSeal"=dword:00000000
Also go to tcp/ip advanced and uncheck load lmhosts file.
