Hi Hannu I mean that yuor problem not is in oplock but you change from 2.0.7 to newest platform and more default values of samba conf is changed in new version. First you must post to this list your conf that is reply of samba command
testparm -s afther this anybody can try help you to solve your problem. Secondary problem is compatibility of kernels that new samba is optimized for linux. Try post more information.
