Ok, I'm using these oplock settings with the current svn code :
kernel oplocks = Yes
oplocks = No
level2 oplocks = No
from a XP client using Excel 2000 9.0.3821 SR-1, I've saved it and
am now going to lunch :-).
I'll let you know if it happens for me.
