Hi Eric I would be inclined to start small and get bigger. Look in the official HowTo at the chapter "Fast Start: Cure for Impatience". In my hard copy, example 2.3.1 lists an anonymous Read-Only Server Configuration. In fact, work through that chapter and see what works/doesn't work.
