try installing openldap from ports.
I get
[EMAIL PROTECTED] grep -r LDAP_NO_MEMORY /usr/local/include/
/usr/local/include/ldap.h:#define LDAP_NO_MEMORY
(-10)
try also with a cvsup of your ports.
