I would think that in most cases the email from forms comes to you but it
really doen't matter the RCXsendmail allows you to put whatever email
address to and from you want. 

<RCXsendmail recipient=RC$recipient message=RC$message subject=RC$subject
email=RC$email>

The server named in the config.ini should be your ISP or other email
server that is configured to handle that sites email traffic. The
RCXsendmail was around long before Sambar even had a email server.

There are other RC's that Tod has made for sendmail the one I was looking
for is in the old mailto.stm webmail which I no longer have. here is info
on the asp version.
