[sambar] Watcher Daemon

I have begun noticing the following log entry from t he watcher daemon.  Does anyone know what the "connect" and "OpenProcess" failed items are all about?   06/03/2004 10:37:12 connect(Sambar Server) failed... Terminating server. 06/03/2004 10:37:12 OpenProcess(Sambar Server) failed... 06/03/2004 10:37:27 Restarting Sambar Server... 06/03/2004 10:37:28 Watcher Daemon started (watching NT Service)...
