[sambar] Watcher Daemon

I have seen this in my watcher log for forever and nothing ever has 
showed up in any logs. But what it is saying is it was unable to connect 
to your server and so it's doing a restart of your server for you.

I get this about once to twice a week and in my case always happens 
between 00:01:00 and 00:04:00

I have checked other Sambar log files, but there does not appear to be 
any corresponding entries that would explain these Watcher log entries.
