My actual root is the /docs/, my user dir is setup as /docs/keff/, when I
try to login it displays nothing and in the system log it gives the error
that /docs/admin/docs/keff/ does not exist.  I want to know where it is
getting /docs/admin/ as the documents directoy when I just have /docs/ in
the ini file.
