Hi, I'm using samtools (Version: 1.1 (using htslib 1.1)) and getting the following error:
test2$ samtools index installtest.alt.bam Segmentation fault (core dumped) Previous version of samtools (1.0 and earlier) index the file without an error. Is there a known issue regarding this? I searched the archive and didn't find anyone with a similar problem. Thanks, Andrew Bjonnes
