I am getting the following error when trying to compile htslib-1.4.1 on our
RHEL-5 based cluster:
thread_pool.c: In function ‘hts_tpool_init’:
thread_pool.c:676: error: ‘PTHREAD_MUTEX_RECURSIVE’ undeclared (first use in
this function)
thread_pool.c:676: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
thread_pool.c:676: error: for each function it appears in.)
make: *** [thread_pool.o] Error 1
I had no problem compiling htslib-1.4 on this same cluster. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
