Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a scripts that is still using the commond of old samtools "samtools
pileup -c -f".
I want use the new version with mpileup commond, but it seems that there is no
'-c' commond available. In old version, it is used to "compute the consensus
sequence".
Would you please suggest a commond that can do the same thing as "samtools
pileup -c -f" in samtools mpileup version?
I would sincerely appreciate your kind help!
