I have compiled bcftools with all the required -lcurl -lcrypto -lssl libs. I can read from a public S3 file fine, but as soon as its make private I just get: [E::hts_open_format] Failed to open file FILE.vcf.gz Failed to open FILE.vcf.gz: Permission denied
AWS credentials are set in ~/.aws/credentials. I have tried exporting them, pre-signed urls, with https instead of s3:// but nothing seems to work. Any pointers on this?
