Hello Everyone, another hopefully simple question:
Does the order of the Metadata section matter? To be more specific, does it matter if metadata types are not in a block? For example: [...] FORMAT FORMAT INFO CONTIG CONTIG INFO CONTIG FORMAT [...] I'm experiencing some records being lost when using bcftools sort 1.9, and I am wondering if that could be the reason. It does not happen when using the latest version.
