I can heat the printer moving but I get the same error: scanimage: sane_start: Invalid argument please note that I do that on my "backends" folder, which I got from that: git clone https://gitlab.com/sane-project/backends.git I also have a sane-escl folder which I got from the link you sent before but there is no "scanimage" there.
