Hi Olaf, I removed all scan packages and tried to install again the package that I downloaded from epson site. The error is still the same. The package name is "iscan-cx4400-bundle-2.30.4.x64.rpm.tar.gz".
My scan is an Epson Stylus CX5600. I removed all HP packages conform you said and the LOG is different now. When i run "scanimage -x 100 -y 100 -format=jpeg > x.jpg" the LOG is like this: jun 10 20:36:42 megs-fedora kernel: usblp0: removed > jun 10 20:36:42 megs-fedora kernel: usblp 4-4:1.1: usblp0: USB > Bidirectional printer dev 4 if 1 alt 0 proto 2 vid 0x04B8 pid 0x083F > jun 10 20:36:42 megs-fedora kernel: usblp0: removed > jun 10 20:36:43 megs-fedora kernel: usblp 4-4:1.1: usblp0: USB > Bidirectional printer dev 4 if 1 alt 0 proto 2 vid 0x04B8 pid 0x083F > Thanks a lot, Miguel Silva Em qua., 10 de jun. de 2020 às 07:02, Olaf Meeuwissen < [email protected]> escreveu: > Hi Miguel, > > Miguel Silva writes: > > > Sorry about my delay, > > Same here :-/ > > > See my answers below. > > > > Em seg., 25 de mai. de 2020 às 09:07, Olaf Meeuwissen < > > [email protected]> escreveu: > > > >> Hi Miguel, > >> > >> Miguel Silva writes: > >> > >> > Hi there, > >> > > >> > I need a help to try fix my scan. > >> > > >> > In the begin i was capable to scan but something wrong happened. > >> > > >> > Now i can use the scan only out of gnome.
