In-Reply-To: <1144502468.3791.23.camel@serge2> References: <1144502468.3791.23.camel@serge2> Message-ID: <[email protected]> Hi folks, I saw on the net a PDF file that said the front button does not work via USB in HP SCL scanners. Ok, I figured I would try directly and polled my 5200c scanner via USB with: ESC s 1044 E and I always get "0" back. Also when I check "Front Button Wait" on xsane it waits forever. It is true that the front button works when using a parallel connection? Anyone try it? Thanks, Mark
