Hello, here's a followup on this scanner.
After sending Allan and Ren? logs and debug output they said it did not
look like a Fujitsu or Avision. I then took the liberty of opening the
scanner and examining the board and chipsets.
I am looking around for some spare batteries for a camera so you can see
the board, but in the meantime here are the numbers from the large chip:

So, Epson backend? What next? I wrote down the markings on all of the
chips on this board. Once I get a pic I'll send all of this info.
