I installed the latest sane backend from
http://ppa.launchpad.net/rolfbensch/sane-git/ubuntu in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
It made my Canon DR-C125 run finally. Great, I was hoping for it for
years! But: Every backpage from a duplex scan is cut at the bottom.
There is an option in the canon_dr.conf for the DR-C125:
option duplex-offset 400
But I don't notice any effect of this option, whatever number I try.
Every backpage remains cut.
