Good news
The Joystick is now integrated into the octophonic plugin Octogris.
And we also added new features in the classic version.
Octogris is now available in three different versions:
1.0: Original Octogris speakers in pairs (the circular version is still
available separately)
1.1: + New default speaker and source placement
+ Params return to default on option+click
1.2: + Joystick control of source positions
- depends on DDHidLib.framework for joystick access
- place the framework into /System/Library/Frameworks
+ New default speaker and source placement
+ Params return to default on option+click
IMPORTANT: Versions 1.1 and 1.2 are built for Snow Leopard (OSX10.6) and
compatibility with Leopard cannot be guaranteed.
- Tested with Digital Performer 7.22, Logic Pro 9.14 and Reaper 3.76
- Joystick used for testing: Logitech Attack3 and Saitek Cyborg Evo

Warning: We have had some situations where former projects done with Octogris
1.0 were not compatible with version 1.2. It is therefore preferable to start a
new project if you intend to use the joystick version.
