DHR gaaru's suggestion "bhAshhA-ntarI-karaNa-paddhati"
is good for "translation technique", i.e., if the
actual words and expressions are going from one
language to another, e.g., sanskrit to hindi, sanskrit
to english etc. (not just the script).
