Skills: Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate effectively with: · Offshore development team · Onshore technical teams (who work for other vendors and WB departments) · WB MIS managers and end-users · Capable of translating complex business needs into technical solutions · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to document technical designs, developments, and implementations.
