As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for assuming the management and direction of multiple, simultaneous software application implementations and discovery projects - specifically related to Time & Attendance and Payroll systems. *Responsibilities:* · Perform routine data collection, organization, workflow and support analysis · Provide direction/support for the preparation of quality deliverables · Lead and apply established methodologies to assignments · Define workflow for improvements and resolving issues · Document and presents project status · Manage project communication and issues · Coordinate expectations and deliverables on software package implementation and software development projects · Develop and maintain project plans with accurate estimates of effort required to meet customer needs · Manage the generation, collection, dissemination and ultimate disposition of project metrics · Control expenditures for all projects under your control · Manage all aspects of systems analysis, design, development, installation, integration, maintenance and enhancement for applications/systems/packages within the business unit · Ensure that applications/systems comply with architectural standards and established methodologies and practices · Direct technical staff toward working with internal and external supporting organizations to achieve effective design and development results · Manage vendor and supplier relationships for assigned projects *Required Skills:* · Current PMP certification is required · 8+ years Project Management responsibility, demonstrating leadership skills and managing technical staff and financial resources through various life-cycle phases · 5+ years of Information Systems or relevant business experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance packaged application deployment, preferably across multiple business departments · Experience and knowledge in Human Resources systems and practices, particularly PeopleSoft benefits and payroll · Knowledge of Infor / Workbrain Time and Labor product · Understanding of workflow and automation of business practices utilizing PeopleSoft. · Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (to be selected during the discovery project) that would interface with PeopleSoft and other external systems · Knowledge of PeopleSoft self-service functionality · Experience planning, developing, managing project plans and budgets · Experience managing vendor selection/RFP efforts to choose a solution provider that best meets the established requirements and budget · Experience managing systems development/implementation in new computing architectures and environments (ie: Client/Server, Web) · Knowledge of Arena Systems / Live Events industry desirable · Experience utilizing Microsoft 2010 Project Server and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) · Bachelor's degree in Business (or Management), Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines *Regards,* *Harshit Goel* *IT Recruiter* *IDC Technologies, Inc. * *1851 McCarthy Boulevard, Suite 116,Milpitas, CA, USA, 95035* Phone: 408-418-5779 ext 1013 |Fax: 408-608-6088 | Email: hars...@idctechnologies.com <%20hars...@idctechnologies.com>| Web: www.idctechnologies.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
