· Resource must be onsite
· Resource may have to occasionally travel for the position, those
will be reimbursed.
· Must Haves: 5+ years’ experience with Remedy, and be
able to navigate and develop ADDM & CMDB.
***UPDATE FROM MANAGER:
· The candidates that we have looked at and interviewed to date
simply don't have any ADDM / CMDB experience.
· We are really looking for someone that has strong practical
experience with ADDM and CMDB.
· The resumes that I have seen so far are "Remedy Developers" and
that won't work for this role.
***Additional updates:
· Is this an Asset Management position? NO
· What version of ADDM and AR System are they using? ADDM is v 10
Remedy 8.1
· What task are they trying to accomplish? ADDM is installed but
still rolling out to enterprise
· Have they installed ADDM and are they integrated with any other
systems for data collection? Yes, there are additional data stores /
integrations besides ADDM
· Do they have a current support contract with BMC? Yes, we do have
a BMC support contract
