Ability to successfully support the various aspects of the Agile Project Manager (Scrum Master) role across multiple, complex system implementation with custom and 3rd party applications. Complex problem solving and independent/innovative thinking to ensure issues are well defined and brought to conclusion. Ability to compile and manage a multi- work stream project plan with external and internal dependencies using appropriate tools and techniques. MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) and presentation expertise required. Ability to estimate the cost of a project, including the hardware, software, network and other related costs of the end to end solution. Exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all parties' support and acceptance; striving for outcomes that are a win-win for all parties involved.
