*Specific Activities:*

• Maintain detailed project plan (including tasks, dependencies, resources,
and timeframes); gain input from appropriate parties and obtain management
sign-off and commitment

• Manage the project team against the agreed upon work plan

• Identify and manage risks

• Monitor work against plan and take action to resolve variances (i.e.,
change activities or approach), or adjust plan as appropriate

• Ensure appropriate communications within the project team and communicate
status of work to appropriate parties in order to keep them informed and
involved

• Create and deliver Executive level reports as required

• Organize and coordinate project logistics and resources on a regular
basis to meet deadlines and maintain quality



*Skills Required:*

Experience with WorkDay

Experience implementing HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle

SDLC/Agile/Scrum Experience:  Ability to apply the standard SDLC/Agile
application development methods covering the full development lifecycle to
ensure solution quality and consistency of process.

Ability to successfully support the various aspects of the Agile Project
Manager (Scrum Master) role across multiple, complex system implementation
with custom and 3rd party applications.

Complex problem solving and independent/innovative thinking to ensure
issues are well defined and brought to conclusion.

Ability to compile and manage a multi- work stream project plan with
external and internal dependencies using appropriate tools and techniques.
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) and presentation
expertise required.

Ability to estimate the cost of a project, including the hardware,
software, network and other related costs of the end to end solution.

Exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all
parties' support and acceptance; striving for outcomes that are a win-win
for all parties involved.

Ability to navigate through a complex and highly matrixed organization.
