*ERP Strategy Application Decommissioning PMO* *Role:* - Project Management/Coordination/Testing/New York or Zurich. *Tasks/Responsibilities:* - Coordinate and develop approach document for the application retirement work stream.** - Coordinate (& follow-up) on analysis activities to classify application portfolio (700+ applications).** - Coordinate data gathering activities with line stream and infrastructure teams.** - Track & Coordinate follow-up activities in architecture design of archive solution.** - Track & Coordinate with line teams on development / migration work that needs to be done to retire applications.** - Identify high impact, high risk, problem applications/ areas for follow-ups/ focus/risk mitigation.** - Coordinate and identify pilot candidates for various phases of the program.** - Coordination of retirement execution activities between Line Teams, TIS and Core Team.** - Produce migration roadmap for all applications that need special attention.** - Produce test plans working with the line teams. - Liaise; manage communication about project progress with line teams, peer architects and stakeholders. *Competence* - Strong Project Management skills. - Must have managed large scale projects. - Use of Project Management tools such as MS Project, Excel, WBSChartPro a plus - Understanding of issue and problem areas for such/similar initiatives. - Project Management of data/application archive system migration programs a plus. *Deliverables*: - Project Plan/Activity breakdown structure.** - Deliver project charter and project plan.** - Responsible for delivering according to agreed baseline plan.** - Day to day management of a team of up to 10 people.** - Approach for Application Retirement.** - Day to day project Coordination.** - Other required documentation for the project.** -- Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
