Looking forward to hear from you... *Role: Business Systems Analyst* *Location: Orange County, CA* *Duration: 12 Months* *Rate: $/Hr on C2C All Incl.* *Primary duties:* · Collaborate with business stakeholders to create site maps, wireframes and user stories. · Work directly with the project manager and technical team on , functional specs, process flows and test cases. · Test the application changes to ensure it meets the requirements, enter and track defects. · Work within a teamwork oriented and collaborative environment. · Adhere to corporate style and design guidelines. · Adhere to department development guidelines and procedures. · Adhere to IT production change control policies and procedures. · Provide regular updates on status of projects, enhancements, and bugs/incidents. *Required experience:* · BS in Management Information Systems preferred or equivalent work experience. · 8+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst. · Experience supporting high volume, public facing web sites. · Attention to detail and ability to follow-up and close the loop on gaps and edge cases. · Experience in process mapping, use case development, and associated tools (e.g. Office, Visio). · Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies and related tools (Agile/Scrum, TFS, MS Project). · Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience. · Requires excellent analytical, problem solving, and communications skills. · Able to complete assignments with minimal direction. · Experience working closely with other projects roles (e.g. PM, Dev, QA). *Preferred Experience:* · Experience with Information Architecture, organizing and labelling websites to support usability and findability. · Experience with Site Catalyst. · Experience with data models and SQL. · Familiarity with off-the-shelf CRM systems - Siebel preferred.
