This person will fulfill a dual role; lead the business SMEs through the process of each of the testing cycles, Functional Integration Testing (FIT), Data Integration Testing (DIT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are sufficiently identified, traced and functional in the finished system. Create and manage a robust plan for testing that ensures the end product supports business processes and project objectives. Test Lead will provide support to the Project Lead and guidance to the project team to: · Create, document, and execute test strategy, plans and scripts · Develop and manage a quality assurance/testing plan and process (including test scripts) leveraging expertise from the development team and business SMEs · Manage the day-to-day testing activities of the SMEs · Experience with HP Quality Center · Plan and manage delivery of all testing activities for Big Data project · Develop Test Approach / Plan and measure progress and performance against plan · Take responsibility of preparing status reporting, test cases, Test execution, test readiness reviews, post-implementation reviews · Where appropriate review and approve test cases ensuring alignment with standards · Determine the appropriate quality initiatives to implement during each phase of the system development life cycle · Support User Acceptance Testing · Work closely with off-shore team and external teams to successfully execute the test strategy and ensure the deliverables meet the quality requirements *Desired Skills* · 9+ years of QA experience · 2-3 years of lead experience designing and executing testing plans for complex Big Data and Data Analytics applications. · Experience preparing ,executing Big Data test plans and managing Big Data automation plans · Strong experience with automation technologies, defect tracking systems, etc. · Technical expertise with Hadoop, MapReduce, Hive, Tableau Server · Experience of end to end testing of Data Analytics project built on HDFS. · Strong understanding of testing and automation technologies from both a technical and business perspective, specifically Test specifications and Test Reports. · Good Knowledge on Hadoop framework , Extracting and loading of source files to HDFS ,Map/reduce process , analytical tools such as Tableau Server. · Experience with testing of SQL Server Cube. *Please fill the details below:* Consultant Full Name: Consultant Current Location: Consultant Contact Number: Consultant Email ID: Consultant Skype ID: Consultant Education Details: Degree Attained / College Name / University / Year of Passing Visa Status & Validity: Availability: Interview timings: References: Thanks and Regards, Arjun/InfoTech Spectrum Inc.
