There is a list of changes needed to improve the Position Action Tracking system. Four of the highest priority changes involve: 1. Enhance the Logic for POSITION CONTROL. 2. Make multiple changes to enhance the Administrator Role. 3. Automate the POSITION CONTROL function associated with positions on "hold". 4. Create Override button for "Pending" positions. The contractor will be responsible for making these changes and testing them with the users. His changes must be backed up in CVS. Changes must progress through the development environment before it is deployed into production. Must be proficient in Oracle/SUN Glassfish.
