*Job Details:*

Siebel Business Analyst/Solution Designer will perform analysis and design
for a Siebel 8.0 application.

*Responsibilities include:*
1. Meet with business owners and users to capture requirements and as-is
processes
2. Document functional requirements and use cases
3. Create solution designs for the functionality in the to-be Siebel
application according to agency and industry standards
4. Create and maintain all deliverables related to Siebel analysis and
design (e.g. traceability matrix, data master, etc.)
5. Work with business analysts, designers, developers and testers to ensure
that the configured application meets requirements and performance goals
6. Perform guerilla testing in the configured application as needed
7. Coordinate user acceptance testing with the various teams

*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE*



*Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be
considered*.

1. At least 4 years of Siebel experience
2. Experience in client-facing positions
3. Candidate must have excellent communication skills

*2nd Position *

Location: NYC

Duration: 9 Months

*Job Details:*

Siebel Integration Lead will manage and develop integration components
between a Siebel 8.0 application and the web.

*Responsibilities include:*
1. Lead all integration development efforts including Siebel-web portal
integration and data migrations
2. Work with the Siebel development lead to balance the workload of the
development team
3. Act as the point of contact for all integration issues related to the
project
4. Meet with business owners to capture application requirements and manage
scope accordingly
5. Manage the triage of integration defects and issues to resolution
6. Ensure that agency and industry standards are followed in configuration
and scripting
7. Work with configurators, designers and architects to ensure that the
configured application meets requirements and performance goals
8. Coordinate transitions of the application or technical architecture
components to the test and application support teams
9. Ensure that documentation standards are followed
10. Escalate issues and provide status to management

2. Hands-on experience with:
a. Web services
b. Siebel EAI

4. Candidate must have excellent communication skills
