Primary function of this position will is to provide daily production
support for Workday to meet the needs of the business. This position acts
as second level support/point of escalation for Workday issues.  We are
looking for a self-motivated, self-starter to come in and contribute to a
high performing team.  The successful candidate will be a quick learner,
look for efficiencies through use of technology and flourish in a team
setting.



*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

•         2nd level support of WD issues, troubleshooting issues and
solving escalated items

•         Data auditing for accuracy

•         Support/troubleshoot integrations between WD and other systems

•         Security maintenance including creation of new security roles

•         Cross-departmental support- support all departments that utilize
our HR systems

•         Act as a liaison between end users, functional teams and IT

•         Liaison with the Teammate Support Center to address issues and
assist with training

•         Develop and maintain functional/user documentation

•         Assist in identifying organizational needs and system requirements



*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*

Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the
essential duties, include computer skills as required.



•         1 year HCM experience (preferably Workday or PeopleSoft)

•         2 years HRIS experience preferred (or other SaaS Experience)

•         Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel Skills
