*Must have: Agile Scrum, users stories, Rally and TFS.* *Need EAD, GC, TN or Citizen Only!!* Top Skills: 1) BA experience working on project utilizing the agile scrum methodology. They should have experience with eliciting information and creating user stories and getting acceptance criteria. They also need to be able to approve testing story exception w/ QA, beat test script writing, customer testing, working with the development team, etc. Min. of 6 years. It would be a plus if they have experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework (or SAFe) is an Agile software development framework). Must have experience with all events encompassed in a sprint; Product Backlog Refinement/Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. 2) Must have conceptual knowledge and experience writing users stories for technical direct messaging components of software to other third party software vendors, i.e., interoperability.
