*Position: **SAP HR Process Analyst (HCM)*

*Location: Houston, TX*

*Experience with “Canadian Payrolls” is a must*

*QUALIFICATIONS*

·   Vast hands on experience (at least 5 years) over complete end to
end *Canadian
Payroll/Time  configuration,  implementation and support  *

·   Vast experience on *Canada Payroll result conversion*  (mid year
implementation)

·   Vast experience on Canadian Year End implementation  (CRA and MRQ)

·   Strong knowledge on Canadian legal reporting,  taxation, vacation
payout/excess, garnishments and off cycle processing

·   Experience on Canadian Retiree payroll and taxation

·   Experience on FI integration and 3rd party payments

·   Excellent documentation skills

*Job Description:*

·   Minimum of 3 years of SAP HCM module experience

·   Extensive hands on system configuration experience with the SAP HCM
module (Primarily BN, but working knowledge of OM/PA and PY are required as
well)

·   Must have 2 full cycle of SAP implementations including: Gathering
Requirements, Scoping and Planning, Process Design, Configuration, Testing,
Deployment, and Post Go-Live Support

·   Design and development of interfaces and conversion programs to/from
existing legacy systems and 3rd party vendors

·   ESS and MSS experience is a huge plus

·   Ability to provide general technical support to the client

·   Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts and presentations

·   Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system
implementation methodologies

·   Strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing
SAP functions associated with HR operations, which includes expertise
primarily within the Benefits area (plans and deductions, enrollment, system
interfaces, reporting/analysis, etc.).

·   Deep understanding of HCM and SAP best practices and the ability to
advise clients on these practices is key

·   Strong ability to understand clients' HR business processes and create
solutions addressing the current and future needs of the organization

*Principal responsibilities *

   - Gather and analyze Payroll business requirements. Document, recommend
   solution and develop functional specs
   - Perform Canada payroll system configuration
   - Assist team members on Canada payroll configuration
   - Documentation of payroll configurations* *
