*Duration: 6 months* *Job Description:* - The Kronos or Workforce and Labor Management Solution architect would be responsible to evaluate between various Workforce and Labor Management products and recommend the right tool. - The candidate will be responsible to create high level solution, detailed design and implement architectural plan for the application to implement workforce management. - The Solution Architect will partner with business stakeholders and solution team, as well as external vendors and consulting partners, to help determine best-in-class enterprise implementation in accordance with client’s application development and operations standards. *Skills and Qualification:* - The individual should act as a Subject Matter Expert in architecting solutions in the Workforce, Time and Labor Management system. - Must have in depth understanding of business process flows, and have executed several Workforce, Time and Labor Management implementations end-to-end. - Must have experience creating solution, architectural and detailed design. - Should have experience with architectural aspects including capacity planning, performance management and application scaling. - Experience with implementing Workforce, Time and Labor Management products on Cloud platform desirable. - The individual should have demonstrated as an Architect in Workspace management space for past 5 years with an overall IT experience over 10 years. - Must have experience with at least one end-to-end implementing using Kronos. - Excellent communication skills. - Should be able to communicate with wide variety of audience from developers to Managers and Executives.
