*This is Neha from Apetan consulting,* *Please find the below job description and send me your update resume matching to it along with Contact details, Current location, Visa and Availability ASAP.* *POSITION: Scrum Master with DevOps* * INTERVIEW: Phone than F2F Interview* *LOCATION: Wilmington, DE* *START :ASAP* Job Overview: Key specific accountabilities. • Facilitating (not participating in) the daily stand-up • Helping the team maintain burn down • Setting up sprint ceremonies (planning, retrospective, demo) and facilitating when required • Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint • Removing obstacles that prevent the team progress • Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner • Coaching the team in Agile practices and principles Stakeholder management and leadership. • Working very closely, on a daily basis with the development team, Product Owner, BSA, and Team / Tech lead to ensure successful delivery of sprint commitments • Reporting team / sprint progress to senior leadership as requested • Collaborating with other Scrum Masters outside of the group to develop consistent best practices through COP forums • Strong leadership skills with experience in conflict resolution • Excellent facilitation and communication skills • Ability to engage and motivate team to work towards a shared purpose in the best interests of the organization • Skills to influence continual improvement, situational awareness, team empowerment and to instill transparency into the team • Excellent Strategic thinking and execution Decision making and problem solving. • Strong experience with solving complex problems and conflicts using techniques suitable for the situation • Ability to serve and lead the team at the same time (servant leadership) • Ability to guide the team in the decision making process Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent and relevant work experience. • 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master working with at least one high performing team • 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master working with multiple Agile teams • Excellent debugging skills in Devops environment; coordinate across the teams • Comfortable in understanding Infrastructure concepts and environments • Comfortable in understanding a Unix/Linux based environment. • Comfortable in understanding Cloud based environments and concepts like AWS, Openstack, OpenShift, Docker Containers and CI/CD toolsets. • Complete understanding Agile concepts • Complete understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipeline delivery Preferred Qualifications • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies such as, Stand up, Planning, Demo, Retrospective, Grooming, and the best practices associated with them. • Clear understanding of Agile practices and principles • Clear understanding of Agile team roles and responsibilities • Experience working in different areas of banking technology (website, Mobile, Desktop, IVR, etc…) • Experience and understanding of Devops concepts • Agile coaching experience • Basic understanding of LDAP or Active Directory concepts • Ability to chase service and request tickets aggressively to completion to meet tight project deadlines as required • Cloud and infrastructure concepts like (AWS, Openstack, Azure) • Working knowledge of Scrum tools – Rally Thanks, *Neha Kumari |* *Technical Recruiter* | *Apetan Consulting LLC* Tel:201-620-9700* 106 | Fax: 201-526-6869 |Email:[email protected] *Mail *: 72 van reipen ave pmb#255, Jersey City, NJ 07306 | *Corp.
