Need a SDET lead for below positions What we need is: 1. SDet Lead Skill set: · Operate in an agile / scrum environment · Actively Coordinate with other streams (Dev, PM, SM and Support) for project related work. · Effectively and proactively communicate on Test related tasks (Test plan, strategy, topologies, reports) and queries or questions raised by other groups. · Effectively Review the Test artifacts (Test scenarios, Test Cases etc.) and give the required feed back to the team mates. · Should be able to present the Test plan, Automation plan, performance plan etc. to larger audience from all the work streams. · Effectively review the automation code and provide the timely feedback. · Design test automation, Integration testing, Performance testing and security testing approach. · Oversee SDETs testing the individual sub-project to ensure each one is following the correct testing and agile processes and is working as per the allotted tasks. · Performance test Planning and approach using VSTS. · Proactively gather all the requirements related to all test deliverable. · Should be able to come up with the accurate test estimates and tasks required to plan the Sprint. Should have ample experience in the sprint planning process. · Identify Integration and performance scenarios. · Identify required performance counters. · Hands on Experience on WCF, API automation and CRM would be strong plus. 2. SDet for – Account Management Skill set: · MSCRM 4.0 ( Case Management, Good understanding on CRM deployment, plugins, Workflows, Reports) · Strong SQL server skills, Solid hands on Experience in c# and .NET technologies · Quick learner and should be able to communicate effectively with PMs , Devs etc. · Good Test background and hands on experience on VSTF. 3. SDet for – Revenue Recognition Skill Set: · Strong hands on experience on WCF services and automation. · Strong experience on Biztalk platform, should be able to install configure, troubleshoot Biztalk environment. · Rich experience on SQL Server platform, should be well versed with SQL programming · Solid experience in WCF and Biztalk testing. · Rich experience on MS Technologies – VSTS, C# etc. · Experienced working in Agile/Scrums environment. · Very Quick learner with excellent communication skills. · Any prior experience in working with XBL, XNA teams would be a strong plus. 4. Two SDet for general needs · Strong hands on experience on WCF services, API automation. · Strong c# and .Net skills. · Rich experience on SQL Server platform, should be able to right SQL queries and be able to do the troubleshooting. · Experienced working in Agile/Scrums environment. · Very Quick learner with excellent communication skills. · Good testing skills, Should be able to write Test cases, bug reports and should be able to design automation. *Reply to [email protected]* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
