Location: OHio Contract: 6 Months Responsible for the engineering planning, design, implementation, and operation of Unix and Windows Midrange computing platforms for n-Tier application architectures. Responsibilities include research and development of new technology and engineering best practices, as well as the implementation of complex and comprehensive solutions for enterprise and Line of Business applications. - EMC Storage Hardware and architecture Knowledge (CX, DMX, VMAX) - HDS Storage Hardware and architecture Knowledge (AMS2K, USPV) - IBM XIV Hardware and architecture Storage Knowledge - Cisco Hardware and architecture Knowledge (MDS95xx, VSAN, FC and FCIP, IVR) - Brocade Hardware and architecture Knowledge (DCX, trunking, ISL) - Replication and business Continuity for above (EMC SRDF/A/Timefinder, HDS TC/SI) - Falconstor VTL and SIR knowledge (installation of storage arrays used as VTL or SIR) - Migration experience for heterogeneous SAN hardware (both array and fabric migrations) Build and decom of SAN Gear, including; - Physical and logical installation of SAN arrays and SAN switches to turn over to Production team for Go live. - Physical decommission of SAN arrays and SAN switches - Ensure installed and decommed equipment is added and removed from all management tools and inventory respectively - Own change management for all installations/decommission activities you are working - Setup/remove array replication pairings - Setup/remove Fabric replication links - Hardware upgrades/downgrades for all SAN equipment - Migrate users between Arrays or Fabrics for Tech Refresh purposes -- Regards, Shankar 248-522-6879 Technology consultanst inc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
