3-6 months Ft Worth TX Provide operational support of the NetApps environments including on-call responsibilities. Position requires knowledge of the NetApps SAN and CIFS/NFS product set including all of the following tasks: provisioning, upgrades, patching, growing volumes and working knowledge of WinTel and Unix platforms. Must be able to troubleshoot Level 3 problems, zoning, NetApp capacity adjustment, CIFs, and provisioning and deprovisioning SAN allocations. Off hours and weekend work will be required. Additional EMC, Hitachi, or 3PAR experience is required. NetAPPs Certification preferred. Looking for operations person who can be independent with strong technical, communications and documentation skills.
