Job Description: Duties/ Responsibilities Internal Hiring End to End process of recruitment (Right from the requisition raised to the joining of person) Managing a team of recruiters On or before time closures of the requirements of the Co. Complete Vendor Management Manage complete interview process Maintenance of recruitment database Maintenance of recruitment folders Excellent co-ordination with respective managers/ candidates/ consultants Co-ordination with onsite managers for their requirements in offices in India Co-ordination with Lead HR for HR round of all requirements Generating daily/ weekly/ monthly recruitment updates and reports Mandatory Skill Set Excellent Communication Skills Phone Skills Interviewing Skills Time Management Tech Savvy Good hands on MS Office Desired Candidate Profile Need to have strong work ethic Highly organized One who give attention to detail Willing to accept challenges and pressure Round of Interviews Rounds Type of Interview Interviewer 1st Round F2F Lead HR 2nd Round F2F Director Work Timings – Flexible.
