As part of a progressive, fast-paced online media team you will help support the Internal Communications function deliver key messages to employees around the globe through rich-media websites, interactive application interfaces and the company's global Intranet. You should have a fantastic portfolio that demonstrates a diverse and current approach to designing for a demanding client-base. Reporting to the Web Team Leader, you will be responsible for designing, creating, producing and editing websites. You should be able to motivate others, think conceptually and strategically, and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Candidate must have practical web design and development experience. The ideal candidate will be able to *demonstrate experience of industry standard design tools and show examples of their work and knowledge including exposure to publishing on the Web and in Portal environments.* If you have experience in using and managing CMS solutions, that’s going to help to. Finally you must have *excellent communication*, *creative and thinking skills*.
