Creation and management of management agents for external sources, including Microsoft Active Directory, Active Directory in Application Mode (ADAM), AS/400, Oracle, SAP, Lotus Notes, Exchange, MF, and SQL Server. Configure management agents, including connector filters, join rules, data, and attribute flows. Perform periodic upgrades as solution evolves Assist in the support of clients Provisioning solution. Assist in the interfaces between the provisioning solution and other systems. Serve as subject matter expert and advisor on best practices and efficient solutions supporting the Identity and Access Management strategy. Primary resource on the design, development, and deployment of clients provisioning and de-provisioning solutions. Assist in the day to day support activities of the Security Tools Support group and the overall Global Information Security group. On call rotation. Required Knowledge & Experience: Strong SQL server and DB2 knowledge required. Willing to work in multiple platforms ( SAP, AS/400, Oracle, Lotus notes) ILM experience is plus Education and/or Experience: 4+ years relevant Information Technology experience. 3+ years experience in design, development, and support of MIIS / ILM solutions. 2+ years experience working with security provisioning solutions.
