- *Highly experienced developer with strong proficiency in base SAS and
SQL* needed to *develop reports and data extracts*, in relation to an
established *Credit Card data warehouse*.
- *Data warehouse back end database is MS SQL Server 2000/2005*.
- Significant prior experience in using base* SAS* to *create reports and
data extracts*, especially in situations when the data source is
relational, is essential.
- *Strong knowledge of SQL to query data in general (in addition to using
SAS for reports and/or extracts) also essential*.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communications skills are
required.
- Client facing role; resource is expected to be able to interact with
business SMEs to clarify and/or define reporting requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to apply data validation and quality
assurance activities to report output is required.
- Fast-paced work environment; resource will likely be working on several
reporting requests in parallel.
- There is a possibility to extend the resource need past the initially
projected length of the contract.
