*We are looking for an SAP PI/PX specialist skilled in Netweaver 7.1 integration.* *Contract Length: 1 year, but likely to go longer* *Rate: $60/ per hour* *Location: San Diego, CA* *Job Description* - *Minimum of 5 years of PI/XI experience, and 10 years of experience in middleware; Experience with PI 7.1* • Experience with ANSI and EDI standards • Experience in the usage of third-party adapters, and configuring BPM (Business Process Management) interfaces • Proficient in all areas of ABAP development especially interfaces • Experience with mapping to SAP IDOCS, SAP IDOC Administration & tools • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite • Experience Web Services, Soap/Proxy adapters and Interface mapping • NetWeaver XI/PI certification process • Able to drive to a project plan, lead meetings and execute to meet deadlines • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced changing environment • Proactive self-starter *Responsibilities:* Development and Implementation of XI/PI Netweaver 7.1 • Implementation of various adapters • Provide guidance, and give focus to best practices and development standards • Provide expertise with (SOA) Service Oriented Architecture and how it integrates • Prepare documentation on landscape of SAP/PI_XI/Interfaces • Java and/or development • Perform unit testing, integration testing and support different testing cycles • Work with business partners in establishing EDI / IDOC / XML interface relationships • Provide production support and perform on-call duties (24 x 7 on-call support on rotation basis) Thank you very much and have a great day!
