Position: QA TESTING ANALYST Length: 6+ month CONTRACT Location: Milwaukee, WI *****Need only EAD,GC & US Citizens**** * Must have at least 4-5 years as a Tester Must exhibit strong understanding of concepts of different types of testing and Software Testing Lifecycles Must have knowledge of banking systems (products such as Deposits, Loans, Trust, eBanking, etc.), and how it relates to the industry as a whole Must be able to understand and analyze problems technically. Should have technical background in ETL tools like Data Stage etc. Must be able to write test cases and test scenarios for complex software applications Must be able to execute test cases and scenarios. Must be able to report and review testing results. Should have working knowledge of defect management lifecycle including usage of tools like Quality Center, Remedy etc. Must be familiar with Data Warehouse concepts, Business Objects including understanding universe development and report writing Must be familiar with writing SQL queries and understand data concepts and data flow Must be able to do the test planning for projects with assistance from leads Must demonstrate a basic understanding of the Traceability Matrix, Test Coverage Table, Risk Assessment, and test estimation Must be able to coordinate and interface with multiple functional groups and teams. Must be able to work independently and within a team. Should be able to participate in project status meetings Should have good understanding of different test metrics for project.
