*Position : Senior Remedy Applications Developer* *Location: Roanoke, VA* *Length: Through end of 2010, extensions likely* *Interview Process: Phone Screen* *Immediate Need* Senior Remedy Applications Developer Position Description: As a member of an expanding team, the successful candidate will be assigned duties related to application design, development, integration, and testing. This position will entail developing business solutions as well as supporting the Remedy infrastructure. Preference will be given to senior level candidates with 5+ years of Remedy development experience as well as ARS 7.X experience. Responsibilities Include: Developing applications from business requirements and creating technical design documents in accordance with prescribed development guidelines Installing Remedy software/patches/applications as needed Maintaining and enhancing customized Help Desk and Change Management products in addition to in-house developed applications Creating all necessary development documentation and user guides related to application enhancements and development Supporting moderately complex interactive integrations with network monitoring tools Providing third level support for all Remedy applications and infrastructure as well as off-hours production support Required Skills: 5 + years of Remedy development experience in large scale enterprise environments Familiarity with Microsoft IIS, New Atlanta Servlet, JavaScript, Java, and similar server-side environments is desired Strong interpersonal and communications skills and an ability to understand and articulate complex ideas and concepts in both verbal and written form Experience with ARS 7.X, ITSM 7.X, Kinetic Request, Kinetic Survey and CMDB 2.X a plus Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
