Position : Senior RF Test Engineer Location : Sandigo CA Duration: 1 year Pay Rate: $DOE Qualifications: The qualified candidate will have 7-10 years of system testing experience and 3-5 years test experience in RF network testing. The candidate must have system test level experience and have field tested RF networks for coverage, capacity and interference. The qualified candidate will have experience using industry standard field test tools and QA test tracking tools. The ideal candidate will have extensive RF System test and optimization experience in areas of radio propagation modeling and prediction, traffic/path analysis, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout and parameter definition. The ideal candidate will have experience with industry standard field test tools and HP Quality Center for test tracking. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Cyber security best practices and standards such as NIST, DoD and NERC/CIP. The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter with ability to clearly communicate testing deliv Responsibilities: Senior Test Engineer (1) - The Senior RF Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing end-to-end System Test Plans for Grid Communications wireless network. This position will report to the Grid Communications Program Manager and work directly with the fixed and mobile network Project Managers to design and perform testing of these networks. The tests will encompass functional and feature testing based on performance, interoperability, and scaling tests.
