Maintaining and building core competency of technical and business knowledge and sharing it with colleagues to help drive the future direction of your team Collaboration with Business Lead(s) to produce high quality solutions to better support successful production release Demonstrate strong team work to foster effective team dynamics and cohesive working environment; which include mentoring less experienced colleagues Collaborate with peer teams to resolve design and implementation details as they evolve *Required Skills and Experience:* 3 - 5 years relevant project/program leadership experience 3 - 5 years healthcare industry experience 3 - 5 years technical experience in software development Experience with large enterprise projects, preferably associated with the health insurance industry Understanding of healthcare payer claims, billing and associated systems Understands and can discuss healthcare trends and concepts in detail Demonstrated strong leadership skills Proficient in formal project management methodologies Excellent understanding of risk management / mitigation Able to effectively interact with program sponsor, business client, and the IT division resources Knowledge and experience of the Project Management Institute's standards and terminology Strong requirements management and scope containment skills Excellent interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Experienced in developing and delivering presentations at executive levels *JAVA and Oracle skills needed* * Thanks & Regards, Shirley Technical Recruiter Data Group, Inc.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
