Must have STRONG experience with business requirements gathering documentation, and analytical/problem solving background Must have experience working with eCommerce/Customer interface applications - no specific methodology is important, however AGILE is a huge plus. Preference is someone that has come out of a large company (maybe a software company; banking - Online Banking is first choice) who used analytical and problem solving skills everyday.
