*Location: Atlanta GA*** *Duration: 6 mons to 1 year* * * This position will be primarily responsible for technical development and support of Salesforce.com applications across the organization. Responsibilities include Salesforce.com application configuration, customized development and extension, issue identification and resolution and writing reports (extending native SFDC reports). This position participates in all phases of the application development cycle of the SalesForce.com application. He/she designs, implements, and tests Salesforce.com application software using Salesforce.com platform technologies/programming languages to satisfy business requirements in a timely manner based on project schedule, with expected software quality. This is a great opportunity for a highly talented Salesforce.com Technical Developer/Analyst with a strong Computer Science/ Information Systems background who is looking to build and expand industry-leading software. Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in in Computer Science or equivalent preferred. 3 to 5 years equivalent work experience in an IT or technology related field. Direct experience within a call center, or IT related experience with one or more of the following application components : Customer Master Data, Contact Management / CRM applications, Call Center, Service Cloud, Order Management and Customer Service ERP applications. Must have strong Leadership as well as verbal & written communication skills. Experience in Salesforce.com application design, architecture and development using Salesforce.com Requirements gathering/project management for Salesforce.com implementations. Ideally call center or Service Cloud implementations Portal development/customization experience a plus CTI integration experience Minimum of 1 year experience of Salesforce.com Development Apex, Visual force development experience Experience in developing Salesforce.com custom objects and work-flow business rules.
